Personal - License Terms

This Personal License (the “License”) governs the purchase and use of the digital logo(s), graphic(s), illustration(s), or other visual asset(s) (the “Work”) provided by Davide Bassu Studio or davidebassu.studio (the “Licensor”).

By purchasing and downloading the Work, the user (the “Licensee”) acknowledges that they have read, understood, and fully agree to the terms and conditions of this License.

1. Grant of License

1.1. Subject to the terms of this License, the Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Work solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

1.2. The Work remains the exclusive intellectual property of the Licensor. Purchase of this License does not transfer any ownership rights in the Work.

1.3. This License is limited to one individual person (the Licensee).

2. Permitted Uses

The Licensee may:

Use the Work for personal projects, personal social media accounts, personal websites, and personal digital or printed materials.
Modify the Work for personal use (e.g., change colors, size, or combine with other personal elements).
Print the Work for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., personal posters, stickers, or gifts for family and friends, provided no money is charged).
Display the Work on personal, non-monetized social media profiles and personal blogs.

3. Restrictions

The Licensee may not:

Use the Work for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to selling products, promoting a business, client work, advertising, or monetized content.
Use the Work in any business, company, brand, or professional project.
Resell, redistribute, share, lend, rent, lease, or transfer the original files or modified versions of the Work.
Claim the Work as their own creation or remove any copyright notices.
Use the Work in logo design, branding, trademarks, or any identity system for a business or organization.
Use the Work on products intended for sale (e.g., t-shirts, merchandise, print-on-demand, etc.).
Sublicense or make the Work available to any third party.
Use the Work in any manner that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes the rights of third parties.

4. Number of Users

This License is strictly limited to one individual person. It may not be shared with family members, friends, colleagues, or any other person.

5. Modifications

The Licensee may create personal modifications of the Work. However, all modified versions remain subject to this License and may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. The Licensee may not sell or distribute modified versions.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Work, including all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights, remain the sole and exclusive property of the Licensor. The Licensee acquires only the limited rights expressly granted under this License.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

The Work is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Licensor does not warrant that the Work will meet the Licensee’s requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Work, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The Licensor’s total liability under this License shall not exceed the amount paid by the Licensee for the Work.

9. Termination

This License is effective until terminated. The Licensor may terminate this License immediately if the Licensee fails to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, the Licensee must immediately cease all use of the Work and destroy all copies in their possession.

10. Governing Law

This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this License shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Italy.

11. Entire Agreement

This License constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.

By purchasing and using the Work, the Licensee confirms acceptance of all terms and conditions set forth in this Personal License.
